By accessing and using Praxeli, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Praxeli provides AI-powered academic tools designed to support scholarly work, including:

• Research support and literature discovery
• Writing assistance, drafting, and editing
• Citation finding and source-grounded reference workflows
• Document analysis and file conversion where applicable
• Grammar, readability, plagiarism, and integrity-related tools
• Coursework, study, and research workflow support

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you submit, generate, export, or otherwise use through the platform.

The Service is designed to support academic workflows. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, instructor guidance, institutional rules, or professional advice. You remain responsible for how you use outputs in coursework, research, or publication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Provide accurate account information where requested.
• Do not share account access where prohibited by these Terms or your plan.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service or other users where appropriate.

Praxeli is designed to support learning, structure, revision, citation, and research workflows. It should support thinking — not replace it.

Your responsibilities

• Follow your school, university, employer, or program policies on AI-assisted work.
• Do not upload confidential institutional records, private student data, or restricted materials without authorization.
• You remain responsible for compliance with academic integrity rules that apply to you.

You retain all rights to the content you create using Praxeli, subject to these Terms. We claim no ownership over your academic work or outputs.

To operate the Service, you grant Praxeli the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, store, display, and deliver your submissions and generated outputs — including processing through automated and AI systems — solely to provide the functionality you request.

• You are responsible for the legality and rights of content you upload or submit.
• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not submit material that infringes intellectual property or other rights of others.
• You remain responsible for managing and deleting your own content where applicable.

Praxeli uses automated systems, including AI models, to generate text, citations, summaries, analysis, and other outputs. These outputs may contain mistakes, incomplete information, formatting issues, or unsupported claims.

You should review all AI-generated content before using it in coursework, research, or publication. The Service supports academic workflows but does not guarantee acceptance, grades, publication, or other academic outcomes.

Praxeli offers free and paid plans. Some tools and AI processing volume may require credits or an active subscription, depending on your plan and usage.

Top-up credits may be available where supported. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. All users receive access to the tool suite available under their active plan during the applicable subscription or trial period.

Plan features, credit limits, pricing, and billing terms may change. Review the Pricing page for current plan details before subscribing or upgrading.

You agree not to use the Service in ways that are unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms. The categories below are examples of prohibited conduct.

Praxeli may use third-party services to operate the platform, including providers for hosting, AI processing, payments, analytics, email delivery, storage, and customer support.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Praxeli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• The Service may change, be interrupted, or experience downtime.
• AI outputs should be reviewed and verified by you before use.
• We do not guarantee academic grades, acceptance, publication, employment, or other outcomes.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet every user requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Praxeli and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic penalties, data loss, service interruptions, reliance on AI outputs, or third-party conduct — except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal requirements, or other reasons at our discretion where permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Some obligations may survive termination where applicable, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
