    Troubleshooting

Fixes for uploads, citations, exports, credits, and login issues.

    I cannot upload my document

Likely cause: The file may exceed size limits, use an unsupported format, or your connection may have interrupted.

What to try: Try a smaller PDF or DOCX, check your connection, and refresh the page. If the problem persists, contact support with the file type and size.

    My citation result is incomplete

Likely cause: Broad queries, niche topics, or missing metadata in source databases can return partial results.

What to try: Add field names, date ranges, and author keywords. Try alternate phrasing and verify results against the original source.

    My export is not downloading

Likely cause: Browser pop-up blockers, download permissions, or an interrupted session can prevent downloads.

What to try: Allow downloads for this site, check your downloads folder, and try again in a fresh tab. Clear cache if exports repeatedly fail.

    My credits look wrong

Likely cause: Credits equal the generated words you receive. Usage may take a moment to update after a run.

What to try: Open Settings → Subscription to review usage. See the Credits section below and visit Pricing for plan details.

    I cannot access a tool

Likely cause: Some tools have plan limits, or your session may have expired.

What to try: Sign in again, check your plan on the Pricing page, and note which tool failed when contacting support.

    I forgot my login details

Likely cause: Passwords are not recoverable without a reset link tied to your account email.

What to try: Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you still cannot access your account, contact support with your registered email.

    The assistant response looks incomplete

Likely cause: Long prompts, connection drops, or token limits can truncate responses.

What to try: Ask a follow-up question, break your request into smaller parts, and retry with a stable connection.

    A document analysis failed

Likely cause: Corrupted PDFs, scanned images without text, or very large files can cause processing failures.

What to try: Try a text-based PDF, reduce file size, or split the document into sections. Contact support with the error message if it continues.
